Hello,

I recently wanted to hook up the Nintendo Switch to my pc, but when I selected the HDMI source it connected to, the monitor turned off. I even looked at all the other sources and there was still no luck. Another thing to note is the console does hook up to the monitor when the pc is turned off, but that isn't exactly what I want. Some other things to note is the switch's is resolution matches the PC and the "Match TV Power State" is is turned off. What should I do?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Check if the HDMI cable is connected well with both sides.

2.Check if the resolution setting is configured well and adaptable to the TV.

3.Ensure that the firmware is updated which might cause this issue.

I hope the information above is helpful.
