To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:
1.Run CMD command "dcdiag" to check the health of your domain controllers:
dcdiag /v > c:\dcdiag.txt
2.Restart the DNSserver service on the issued domain controller.
3.Run PowerShell command "klist purge" to clear the Kerberos cache.
4.Ensure that DNS zone transfers are properly configured and that there are no network connectivity issues between DNS servers.
