Please kindly try below steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Run Win+R and press services.msc to open service console, restart the Network Virtualization Service.
2.Reset the network by CMD command netcfg -d and see if it helps.
3.Ensure the network adapter driver is up to date.
3.Reinstall Hyper-V feature and restart the Windows OS.
