- Is this happening for the initial login for the user or after a password reset has been processed? Please try resetting the password and login with new credentials.
- According to my understanding, you have deployed an Active Directory server on a windows virtual machine and you are not able to login to the AD server. Are you logging in through a local account or a Domain joined VM or a Domain Controller.
Ensure you are entering your username in the correct format:domain\username
. If you are using just the username, it may default to a local account instead of the domain account.
