We have enabled Application Insights in D365 FO. We have enabled User sessions (Custom Events) to YES, on the Configure tab, copied the Environment Id from LCS into the Environment ID field on the Environnement tab and selected Production as the Environment Mode, and set the Environment Mode on the Application Insights Registry tab to Production, and copied the Instrumentation Key from Application Insights into the Instrumentation Key field. However, when we query the logs in Application Insights, there is no data. It's been more than two hours since we turned this on and still no data.

    Configuration Steps:

    1. Go to System Administration > Setup > Application Insights in D365 FO.
    2. Set Environment Mode to Production and paste the Environment ID from LCS.
    3. Enable User Sessions (Custom Events) by setting it to Yes.
    4. Set the Environment Mode in the Application Insights Registry to Production.
    5. Copy the Instrumentation Key from Azure Application Insights and paste it.
    6. Save and validate the configuration.

    Troubleshooting:

    1. Check that your Azure Application Insights resource is active and configured correctly.
    2. Double-check the configuration in D365 FO for any errors.
    3. Use the Application Insights portal to monitor data ingestion.
    4. Review logs in Application Insights and D365 FO for errors or warnings.
