Windows 11 24h2 Installer - Bitlocker on for secondary drives

Fresh install of Windows 11 24h2. Bitlocker seems to default on for secondary drives. Do not want bitlocker on install. How to avoid it?

    You can try the steps below.

    1. During the initial setup, choose to use a local account instead of a Microsoft account. BitLocker is automatically enabled when you sign in with a Microsoft account.
    2. If BitLocker is already enabled, you can turn it off:
      1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Device encryption.
      2. Click on Turn off and follow the prompts.
