You can try the steps below.
- During the initial setup, choose to use a local account instead of a Microsoft account. BitLocker is automatically enabled when you sign in with a Microsoft account.
- If BitLocker is already enabled, you can turn it off:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Device encryption.
- Click on Turn off and follow the prompts.
