There is an unknown subscription under my domain, I am not an admin and we dont know how this was created. We are not able create a support ticket either for this subscription. How do we resolve this. Urgent

We notice an unknown subscription under our domain. We dont know how this was created, looks like this could be a hack. We are not able to delete the subscription as we are not the owners of it. We are also not able to raise a support ticket. Can you please let us know how to delete this subscription.

    You'll need to raise a support ticket to get this looked at. You can create a billing ticket for free, without a support contract, as this is a billing/subscription issue.
