Hello, I only used about $4 out of my $200 allocated under my free trail. I have disable the account and it's only been a few days. I was debating on re-activating my account to regain access to my resources. However, I was curious if I will still have $196 in free credits? Also, If I would of kept it enable would of I had the $196 to use? Thanks for any info!

Hello @SadiqhAhmed-MSFT - I was unable to re-active my subscription. I'm getting this error message. "Failed to reactivate the subscription. Please contact Azure Support for assistance. When I ask Copilot it states the following might be potential issues.

"Your Azure subscription can be disabled because your credit has expired, you reached your spending limit, have an overdue bill, hit your credit card limit, or because the subscription was canceled by the Account Administrator."

However, none of these are an issue. Granted I am the account admin and did cancel this prior to my 30days ending. I have a good Credit Card on file and still have $196 in credits when I cancelled my free trail on September 30th. Any ideas? Thanks!

@Chris You can ignore the suggestions by Copilot.

For not being able to re-activate subscription, I recommend contacting Azure billing and subscription management support.

Note: While raising a support request, you will be prompted to follow suggestions to troubleshoot the issue. You can go to the bottom of the page and click on "return to support request" to continue creating a support ticket.
