Why is outlook blocking my outgoing emails claiming spam?

Please help! All of a sudden, today, and after working fine for months, outlook is now refusing to deliver my outgoing emails. I don’t know why. I have verified my account, checked, and double checked. I’m sending work emails and to recipients on my contact list. Please help! These emails are time sensitive and being blocked is not ok!!

    Do you mean that the email is not sent or is the email received in the recipient's Junk email folder?
