I have a volume license for excel 2021 LTSC. I am having issues installing the software to activate

Question

I have been trying multiple ways to download the software but get "Something went wrong" error with suggestions of internet connection or asking for office support when office starts to install. No sign of installation or beginning of installation in the registry. The device is connected to the internet but I am wondering if there could be something else blocking the download. I have already cleared previous versions of microsoft suite with the SARA tool. I am using the correct ODT config file for definite. Running out of options to try now..

For better analysis, we need more information.

Could you please share us with the error message screenshots of the failed installation or activation?

You may provide the configuration file (.xml), if there is any privacy information, such as MAK key, you need to delete it.

• If you have a volume license for excel 2021 LTSC instead of Office 2021 LTSC, the Product ID in .xml file should be Excel2021Volume.

Besides, please ensure the ODT tool is the latest one.
