Hi @li calvin
Welcome to our forum! Here are some steps you may refer to:
- Check AutoArchive Settings: Ensure that the AutoArchive settings are correctly configured. Open Outlook, go to File > Options > Advanced > AutoArchive Settings, and verify that the settings match your requirements.
- Review AutoArchive Exclusions: Make sure that the folders you want to archive are not excluded from the AutoArchive process. You can check this by right-clicking on the folder, selecting Properties, and then going to the AutoArchive tab.
- Run Inbox Repair Tool: Sometimes, issues with the Outlook profile can cause archiving problems. Running the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) can help fix these issues.
- Create a New PST File: If the existing PST file is corrupted, creating a new PST file for archived items might resolve the issue. You can do this by going to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files > Add and creating a new PST file.
