ProjectWebApp REST API : /sites/pwa/_api/ProjectServer/Projects Error

Hi All,

While trying to read the project information from the ProjectWebApp site, I am getting the below error.

I have read the access token and then when I tried to call the below API for reading the project details then I get this error.

please let us what does this error mean and how to overcome this error?
