I am uncertain whether i can sell my artwork i have generated or not. Its not clear. Please explain whether i can use my images for helping create designs to sell.
AFAIK, you can use the images generated by OpenAI DALL·E commercially but it depends on the terms of use. Please see Customer Copyright Commitment Required Mitigations, Transparency Note for Azure OpenAI Service for more information.
Also, note that the image generation APIs come with a content moderation filter. If Azure OpenAI recognizes your prompt as harmful content, it doesn't return a generated image. For more information, see Content filtering.
