I need help with New Outlook POP3 connection failure.

Question

서버주소 : mail.cnu.ac.kr

POP3 포트 : 110

SMTP 포트 : 25

증상 :

Outlook 2019, Outlook 365 에서 설정은 정상적으로 되나, New_outlook 에서는 설정이 실패하고 있습니다.

사용자 인증은 메일 아이디와 비밀번호로 하고 있습니다. (ex : cnutest)

질문 :

• New_outlook 에서는 25번 / 110 번 포트를 지원하는지요?

Please kindly understand that:

Currently, POP and on-premises Exchange accounts aren't supported. When attempting to add an account that isn't supported, an error message is displayed: We couldn’t reach the email server. Please try again.

If you need to configure your account as POP, i'm afraid that you need to switch to Legacy Outlook.
