I am not able to create an Azure AI Search Debug session in the portal

These options are grayed out when I am running the tutorial at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/search/cognitive-search-tutorial-debug-sessions. Also the error

Skillset Error : {"message":"This field is required: skillset","type":"optionality"}

is returned. I could not find this behavior anywhere, could someone enlighten me?
