Does anyone have any idea how to download windows 10 iso ARM to run VM on Hyper-V

Question

Unable to retrieve data from Windows Update servers. Reason: EMPTY_FILELIST If this problem persists, most likely the set you are attempting to download was removed from Windows Update servers.

I am trying to download uup to get a windows 10 iso ARM for Hyper-V but the message above keeps popping up. Does anyone have a solution for this or can provide me the download for W10 iso arm based

To download the Windows 10 ISO for ARM, ：

1. You need Join the Windows Insider Program
2. Once you’re a member of the Windows Insider Program, go to the link: Windows Insider Preview Downloads page.
