how can a super admin see another user's folder sharing permissions?

I granted a client access to a specific OneDrive folder, but the client can only upload documents and cannot delete, rename, or move any files. I asked a colleague to resend the sharing link with the "Can edit" permissions enabled, but the client still has not received the email and lacks the necessary permissions. Could you help resolve this issue?

    Hi @Louis

Is this customer an external user to your organization? If so, have you added this client as a guest user?

Is this specific OneDrive folder a subfolder, that be included in one folder?

I asked a colleague to resend the sharing link with the "Can edit" permissions enabled, but the client still has not received the email and lacks the necessary permissions.

I suggest you copy the shared link, paste into one email, and then send it to this client.

    • Before click "Copy link", you may set the link works for "People you choose", and give edit permission, then click "Apply".

    User's image

    • Enter the email account of this client, click "Copy link", send it via email, check whether this client can open it and do some actions like moving files.

    User's image

Then you may go to OneDrive online, select this folder > "Manage access", check whether this client account has Edit permission.
