I have recently re-set my laptop. This was to allow me to remove an old Microsoft account attached to it and allocate another account which is a charity Microsoft account.

When trying to add school or work account i receive the following error message

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your laptop is connected to the internet, as adding accounts requires online access. Update Windows: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Sign Out of Previous Accounts: If there are remnants of old accounts, try signing out of any existing Microsoft accounts linked to your device. Use Settings to Add Account: Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. Click on Add a work or school account and enter your charity Microsoft account credentials. Check for Microsoft Account Restrictions: If your charity account has specific restrictions, it might prevent you from adding it. Confirm with your IT administrator or charity organization. Run the Microsoft Account Troubleshooter: Sometimes, Microsoft provides troubleshooters that can help resolve account issues. Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status, and then select Network reset.
