
How Do I Contact MSFT For Technical Support As GoDaddy Is Blocking Me And Refuses to Help?
Hi All, here is a description of the insanity I am facing:
I have a problem with my e-mail that is hosted by GoDaddy.
I spoke with GoDaddy technical support who advised me that they could not solve the problem and that I needed to speak with MSFT.
I called MSFT who directed me to a website (https://akas.ms )to initiate a ticket as I need a ticket number to enter into their phone support in order to reach a live person.
I went to the MSFT website to initiate the ticket. The website asked me to enter my Office 365 credentials. When I entered my Office 365 credentials I was redirected to GoDaddy's login page (i.e., they are intercepting the attempt to login to the MSFT website to initiate a ticket).
I have spent literally 5+ hours on the phone with GoDaddy trying to get them to i) initiate the MSFT ticket for me and/or ii) stop grabbing / redirecting my domain. They have steadfastly refused essentially telling me that I am stuck and that there is nothing they can do.
There is little / no point in calling back as I have spoken to two supervisors -- taking one hour to get to each one -- with the same result.
The Questions: How do I contact MSFT / initiate a ticket so that I can get the technical support that I need? I am hoping someone here can assist as I am otherwise stuck in an endless loop!
