According to your case description, you encountered a problem that your account could not be logged in when setting up the Outlook application.
Please try the following to troubleshoot the problem:
- Open the iPhone's "Settings" and select "General" > "VPN & Device Management".
- Find the old company's device management profile and delete it.
- Re-download Outlook and log in. Before entering Outlook, the system may prompt you to delete one of the accounts. Be sure to delete the old email account.
