I am needing some help getting both monitors to show up for our end users, we had it configured and working fine and then one day, they just quit. Any ideas?

    Hello,

You can change rdp files if you want to specify your monitor.

    There is an official link:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-desktop-services/clients/rdp-files

Take care of 'selectedmonitors' and 'use multimon' parameters.

About how to change your file:

    1. Open mstsc , and fill in your imformation, then save as.
    2. Open your saved file with notepad and change parameters in it by following the document.
    3. Open the rdp file you have configured in step 2.
