Confirm that your account is indeed part of the tenant. Log into the Microsoft Entra (https://entra.microsoft.com) with your account.
This can happen if your account is not part of the Microsoft Entra ID associated with the tenant you are trying to access.
Even if your account exists with the tenant, it may not have the necessary permissions to perform certain actions, such as adding users to the tenant. Check with a tenant administrator to ensure your account has the required roles.
