Hello
First of all, please try to update the device drivers from the device manufacturer website.

I have had intermittent Black Screens upon start up for a while - usually after Windows 10 updates. I can always restart into Safe Mode and sometimes simply restarting from Safe mode was enough. I have used DISM to DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and SFC /scannow and they seemed to work even if no errors were found in that I could then boot normally. But the BSOD is becoming more frequent. I suspect the problem is the drivers for my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or my Intel CPU i5 4460 (which is not Win11 compatible) because my Fujitsu motherboard D3230-A1 only supports Windows up to 21H2 and I am on 22H2.
I have the latest available drivers from Fujitsu, Intel and Nvidia but am not sure what is intermittently upsetting my Windows boot - safe mode of course does not load the GTX 1050.
Any advice appreciated.
UPDATE: My intermittent problem was traced to a worn thread on the DVI lead fixing to my GTX 1050. I am still marooned on 22H2 without any more updates for my i5 4460 but I am hopeful this old pc can still last as long as Win10 (Oct 2025 I believe).
Now if I could just understand why these three files load and then don't in my ntbtlog.txt ....
First call:
BOOTLOG_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\NDProxy.sys
BOOTLOG_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\wd\WdFilter.sys
Later calls:
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\NDProxy.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\wd\WdFilter.sys
