Why all workspaces on my Partners Centre is lost?

Yesterday, after logging into Microsoft Partner Center, I found that all my workspaces were gone. I tried to go to Contact Support, but since I don’t have any workspaces, I can’t submit an issue, and I’m unsure how to resolve this.
I noticed that other users have encountered this issue as well.
