Change iPhone and forget my access to Facebook.

Question

I recently switched to a new iPhone and forgot to back up my Authenticator app. As a result, I’m unable to access my account. The account is still open on my phone, but I can’t log in on my computer because it’s asking for the code generated by the app. I would like to either disable this feature or receive assistance in regaining access to my account.

Please help me!!!
