Removing Duplicate Contact Entries When Adding Participants to an Active Meeting

A scenario involves adding a participant to an ongoing meeting, where multiple entries appear for the same person.

For example, when an end user searches for "John Smith," the results show:

  • Smith, John - ******@fabrikan.com
  • Smith, John - Mobile: 123-123-1234

The question is focused on how to remove the mobile numbers from the search results. Currently, there seems to be no option to hide the second entries in the admin console.

    Can you provide detailed screenshots so that we can better help you.

    Did you add this user as Contact? This may be the reason why the user's phone number is displayed when inviting.
