No response to paid support request after 16 days
I am on the $29 / month plan that offers a promise of responses to support requests within 8 hours.
I have submitted three requests going back 16 days now and there has been no response to any of them. The paid support system seems to be broken and I would greatly appreciate help to ensure that it works.
I have tried contacting @AzureSupport on Twitter. They always reply fairly quickly and in a kind manner. Then they ask for about 10 pieces of information and promise to escalate the situation to make sure paid support tickets get a response. But there is never any follow-up. When I contact them again, they ask me to send the same information again and it goes in a loop. I have tried and failed 3 times there to get help. No one follows-through on that channel as promised.

As shown in the attached image, the tickets themselves show potential errors (403 error notes, ""you do not have access" message).
