Bluetooth error: "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again."

After having some problems with Bluetooth connectivity, I removed a bluetooth device (airdopes) from my Windows 11 computer. I am unable to reconnect to it. My computer no longer discovers the original name of the device (Airdopes-161) merely a generic "bluetooth headset". When trying to connect I get an error stating "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again."

The headphones continue to work nominally with other devices.

I have tried:

Updating the bluetooth driver.

Disabling/re-enabling bluetooth driver.

Uninstalling/re-installing bluetooth driver.

Resetting the bluetooth headphones.

I am unable to rollback the bluetooth driver.

I've used the bluetooth troubleshooter.

Deleting antiviruses

Any ideas appreciated.

    Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System, filter by "Bluetooth" Do you find any clue?

    =======================

    Clear Bluetooth cache.

    Open PowerShell as Admin and copy-paste the following:

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Keys*" -Recurse

    ===================

    In Start Search type services.msc and hit the Enter key.

    Locate Bluetooth Support Service > Right click to stop > Again Restart after 30 Sec.

    Open Device Manager and remove Hidden Bluetooth Devices.

    ===================

    Try Manual Pairing Mode:

    Put your Airdopes in pairing mode > Control Panel > Devices and Printers

    Click "Add a device" and try pairing from there.

    ==================

    Creating a new Windows user profile to test if it's profile-specific problem.

    Hi Rishwil,

    Thanks for your post. Before moving on, can you please also try to connect other Bluetooth and see if it takes effect? If so, it be more related to the Airpods issue. Kindly update the Airpods driver or contact Apple to see the compatibility. If not, we need to troubleshoot Bluetooth <-- please check these
