I need the ability to create a meeting in Outlook, and add a Teams Channel such that the Calendar created for the Teams Channel reflects the meeting invite. (NOTE: I see how to identify the email address for the Teams channel; once that email is added to the Outlook invite, an post is made to the channel, but there does not appear to be an option to add automatically to the Calendar) Is this possible?

That's not a supported scenario, use the Teams client to work with any Channel meetings.

Try sending an invitation to an individual in a Teams channel meeting.
