Hello,
Ensure that the version of the Windows App SDK you are using is compatible with the version of Windows you are targeting. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the SDK, as bugs related to push notifications may have been fixed in recent updates.
Notification of Issues:
It’s common practice for service teams to notify you if there’s an issue with your request. However, this is not guaranteed and can vary depending on their internal processes and policies.
Unfortunately, there might not be an automated way for you to check the status of your push notifications mapping request.
Look for any emails from the Windows App SDK team or related Microsoft email addresses. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes important emails can be filtered out accidentally.
Wait for the Standard Processing Time: The team might have an expected processing time for these requests. If this timeframe has not yet passed, you might simply need to wait a little longer.
If the standard processing time has passed, you can send a polite follow-up email asking for an update on your mapping request. Use the same contact method you used for your original request.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
