How can I create an action in Copiot Studio that is connected to Excel and Sharepoint? I have already created a flow but these apps wont seem to connect.

I am making my own copilot studio bot. I want its response to be able to make an Excel sheet. To do that I needed to create a flow that would allow me to do so. I successfully created a flow in power automate to connect to Excel and SharePoint. Next, I created an action retrieving that flow. Up to that point everything was validated and working correctly. When it came time to test the action by having a discussion with the chatbot, I received an error saying that additional permissions were required form Excel and SharePoint. I checked all the permissions from my end and everything seems to be connected. But then when I manage my connections, they are unconnected and are unable to be connected. Does anyone know how to solve this issue of getting any connections to link to a Copilot studio bot that you built? It feels like I have tried every trouble shooting technique.
