Apply custom theme to a sharepoint site without global admin access

Question

I'm a sp online site administrator and I want to apply a custom theme for our team site. Is it possible to do this although I don't have SharePoint admin center access?

I'm afraid it is impossible. You need SharePoint tenant level admin to apply themes to sites. You should contact the administrator of your organization to help you with this.
