Building on the information provided by Julian and your research regarding the update announced in the MCT Lounge, indeed, the MCT Enrollment Tool is temporarily offline due to changes in Microsoft systems. As a result, for those MCTs whose anniversary date falls between May 2024 and December 2024, their MCT status should be automatically renewed. Therefore, given that your anniversary date is in November, your status should be automatically extended. Your MCT standing should be reflected on your Microsoft Certification Official Transcript under Certification, Microsoft Certified Trainer History, as shown in the image below.
While we don't have an announcement yet on when the tool will be available, we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we address these system issues.
