Unable to access authenticator and session expired issue
Hello, I am trying to reset the password to my account. About 20 days ago I requested for it's deletion but I would like to reverse that and I no longer have access to my authenticator app. I requested a password reset through my recovery email associated with the account but when I input the code from the email into the password recovery page and am prompted to enter a new password, it says "We couldn't change your password because your session expired. Please try again.". I have attempted this over the past three days and it hasn't worked once and I am sure my account with be deleted by the 26th of December this year. Keep in mind, I receive this error message no matter how much time has passed so I don't understand how the session has expired. When filling out the forum as well to recover the account when I have access to no other options, I receive an email to my recovery email saying my forum will be ignored and I should request a password reset with my recovery email instead. Please help me with this, or redirect me to someone who can. I had to create a new Microsoft account to create this post and I cannot find a private Microsoft support email to contact otherwise, thank you.
