I understand that you need help to gain access to Azure DevOps organization to regain access. Please contact any one of the Global Administrators of your Entra ID tenant and remove all the authentication methods and revoke the MFA sessions for the affected user.
Follow the steps to follow:
- Go to users > Select the Affected user > Authentication methods
- Delete the authentication methods and revoke the multifactor authentication sessions of the affected user account
