Did you map Disk 0 to a drive letter? If not then Windows isn't using it and therefore you cannot see it. I'm also assuming Disk 0 is formatted using a compatible file system like NTFS. I'm also assuming you're using GPT for the partition. Drives above 2TB don't work with MBR. Once you've mapped the drive it'll show up in File Explorer and, assuming you used the entire drive as a partition, then you'll see the 2TB storage (minus the file system overhead).

I have Disk 0 which is the 2TB storage and then the Disk 1 which is the 12.7 GB storage and only Disk 1 is active. Even though when I check both in disk management both are primary partition.
