My account got hacked?

Question

hey so, this has been actually almost a year since this happened but felt the need to get back onto it because its actually worrying

the microsoft email thats been connected to my pc was changed to one of those disposable emails "vecinomail.com" and i cant seem to find why or how it happened

I cant log in or change it at all, and I've been just assuming that I got hacked. Its weird because whenever I open my microsoft edge, it still shows my actual email that was originally associated with it

my original email for the account is the email im exactly using for this account that im writing this question for

pls help
