Sometimes, on Microsoft Edge, on sites like DeviantArt or FurAffinity, some images don't load because of the "Failed to load resource: ERR_CACHE_READ_FAILURE" error.

    Hi @Grayson Williams

This is a known issue that occurs on both Edge and Chrome. It's due to external programs such as antiviruses deleting cache files without browser knowing so browser attempts to read the cache file then fails.

Usually reload the page several times can fix the issue. You can also check if you have some software which cleans up browser caches.

We also recommend that you can send feedback in Microsoft Edge at ··· menu --> Help and feedback --> Send feedback, or you can send feedback to this same chromium issue: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40922746.
