I have a problem reactivating my Windows. I updated the BIOS of my computer and I cannot reactivate Windows.

    Hello.

    After the BIOS update, Windows may become inactive. This is usually because BIOS update may change certain hardware information, causing Windows to think that the hardware has changed and thus requiring reactivation.

    Can you reactivate Windows by entering previous product key?

    Is there any error code when trying to activate?

    Or you can try phone activation with the following steps:

    Select Start> Settings > System > Activation.

    Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone
