Dear Support Team,

I recently signed up for Azure using my email ID and successfully completed the payment and verification process. However, I am now unable to log in to the Azure portal using the same email ID. I am encountering the following error (please see the attached screenshot for reference).

Additionally, I am unable to raise a support ticket from the portal as I am repeatedly prompted to sign out and sign in again, which does not resolve the issue.

Could you please look into this matter and assist me in resolving it?

Thank you for your support.

    Hi @Pradeep Khantwal

Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Q&A.
I understand that the issue you are experiencing is related to your account not being recognized in the Azure tenant. The error message When a guest user tries to access an application or resource in the resource tenant, the sign-in fails, and the following error message is displayed:

AADSTS50020: User account '[******@domain.com]' from identity provider {IdentityProviderURL} does not exist in tenant {ResourceTenantName}. Indicates that your user account from the identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in the specified tenant and cannot access the Azure Portal.

Cause 1: Users log in to Microsoft Entra admin center by using personal Microsoft Accounts When you try to log in to Microsoft Entra admin center by using your personal Microsoft Accounts (Outlook, Hotmail or OneDrive), you are connected to the Microsoft Services tenant by default. Within the default tenant, there is no linked directory for performing any actions. This behavior is expected.

Solution: Create an Azure account with a new tenant If you aim to have a directory, you must create an Azure account and a new tenant:

1.Browse to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/, and then select Start free.

2.Follow the instructions to create an Azure account.

3.A tenant will be generated alongside the Azure account, and you will be automatically designated as the Global Administrator. This grants you full access to all options within this tenant.
For additional information refer this link: Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant | Microsoft Learn

Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards.
