I have a Win 2022 Server Host, with Hyper-V.

I have installed a Windows Server 2008 Virtual Machine on it.

When I look at the network adaptors, none are present, completely blank.

In Computer Management, there is a yellow exclamation on a Microsoft VMBus Network Adaptor, Code 10 error (The device could not start)Screenshot 2025-01-06 130647

Please assist.

    Hello,

Ensure that the Hyper-V integration service is installed and enabled on the Windows Server 2008 virtual machine. Hyper-V Integration services are a set of enhancements that enable virtual machines to better interact with Hyper-V hosts. You can use it to install drivers for virtual machines.

Hyper-V virtual machines typically use Hyper-V network adapters, but Windows Server 2008 May not support the latest Hyper-V network adapter drivers, and you may need to look for older versions of drivers for that operating system (if available).

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
