Delegate for inbox having issues with organizing emails

I am a delegate for my boss' inbox and folders. She uses the Outlook on the computer, and I use Outlook for web. When I click to organize her inbox by 'unread', 'flagged', 'has attachments', etc. I get the attached error message. I have tried removing and re-adding myself as a delegate to see if this would fix the problem, but I am still receiving the same error message. Any advice?Screenshot 2025-01-06 110043

    Hi,

    To my knowledge, delegations are only accessible from Outlook on a computer or via the web. On the other hand, via the Outlook application or via another email application, you will not have the delegation displayed.
