What does "Card missing" mean for VerifiableCredential on Microsoft Authenticator

I'm trying to share a verified credential with Azure Trusted Signing for individual identity validation, following the steps in the "Present Verified ID" column of credentials.microsoft.com. When I open up Microsoft Authenticator on my phone, I see "Share with Trusted Signing? You will share: VerifiableCredential Card missing"

I don't know what "Card missing" implies or how to proceed. Yes, this verified ID was created with AU10Tix, using a Maryland driver's license with my address on it and a selfie.

Do you see the VID otherwise generated in the Authenticator app?

Hey there, apologies for dropping this and not following up - I tried again with a different email (the one I use to log into Azure) and it worked. So if there is restrictions on what email can be used for Azure Trusted Signing for individual identity validation, that could be why. Otherwise, I can try to get you that VID if it's helpful to you?
