This error occurs because the app only supports work or school (organizational) accounts, not personal Microsoft accounts like @msn.com.
Have you tried to sign in with their organizational account (e.g., ******@company.com)? If not request their tenant admin to invite the personal account as a guest if supported. Ideally if the app owner has updated the app’s supported account types in Microsoft Entra ID to include Personal accounts, you should be able to login.
