Outlook for Mac add-in, and for a particular user, we are getting prompts

We have an Outlook for Mac add-in, and for a particular user, we are getting prompts that a secure connection cannot be established with the server and that the user needs to trust the certificate. If he trusts the certificate, the add-in will work, but we want to bypass that step and avoid any prompts, Do you have any idea why the prompt might be coming and how to prevent it?

Does the issue occur after the add-in is deployed?
Can other features of the Outlook client work properly?

2025-01-10T10:18:27.2066667+00:00 @SokiGuo-MSFT Add-in can be deployed via MDM or manually installed using a package file. This issue occurs in both scenarios. This issue occurs after the add-in is deployed. When the user opens the add-in task pane, outlook throws this certificate-related security warning and forces the user to add it to the keychain and trust it. This certificate which Outlook try to insert is the backend of the Outlook add-in. Outlook add-in backend runs on the same machine (desktop). Why does Outlook throw this certificate security warning message on that machine? The same software works on other customers and machines. we see this weird outlook behaviour only on this machine. How do I troubleshoot and fix this issue? Is this happening due to some browser security policy enforced in the organisation?
