How we can share a folder using Link and define a custom permision level

I have created a custom permission level named :-

1. Contribute without delete

where this custom permission level, allow users to Read,Create & Edit but without the ability to delete, but when i tried to share a folder , i only get the options to share with Read or Edit,,

so how i can share a link with a custom permission level, so users can add to the folder but can not delete?

It's by designed that we cannot grant sharing link with custom permission level, only could grant edit, view and can't download permission levels.

To grant sharing link with custom permission level, you need to select the file -> Manage access -> Advanced settings -> Grant permissions -> Invite people -> Select a permission level.
