Another NTP Sync to PDC problem

Hello guys,

Sorry to open yet another problem about syncing such a basic thing as time, but i haven't been able to fix my problem despite the dozens articles i've read here and there :

I've got about 50 W10/W11 desktops in an AD environment. My WS 2022 PDC is sync'd with an external NTP source, and another WS 2022 server is sucessfully sync'd with this PDC (as well as some other UNIX machines).

But my Windows machines are not able to sync their clocks.

stripchart is working successfully :

w32tm /stripchart /computer:pdc.contoso.com /dataonly

Suivi de pdc.contoso.com [10.34.151.40:123].

L’heure actuelle est 13/01/2025 11:37:40.

11:37:40, +00.0031300s

11:37:42, +00.0031106s

11:37:44, +00.0028814s

11:37:46, +00.0030113s

11:37:48, +00.0028794s

I've also tried a non-Windows NTP client, which is also working fine, so it's not a firewall or a network problem.

w32tm logs haven't been useful :
