I am unable to raise a ticket in Azure Portal, even though I have the right access.

I am unable to raise a support ticket even though I got the Support Request Contributor role and also tried logging out of Azure and logged back in to give it a try. Can you please help?

    When speaking with the tech router or customer service representative, explain your issue to them. They will create a support ticket and escalate the case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.
