Addin startup fund credit to my Azure existing account

Hi!

I hope you are all well.

I recently was admitted to the Start Up Funds and been issue with some credit I wish to apply to my exiting account. I don't see any option to this in my portal. Can anyone help me on this?

Also, what other advice do you have for me to help maximize on the benefits of being a part of this circle?

After logging in to Founders Hub, go to the 'Benefits' tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. Use your Azure subscription email when redeeming credits.

I have already done the following steps. The issue I have been experiencing is related to my phone not being recognized. I spoke to an agent who said that this is an issue you've been experiencing in the past couple of weeks. There is an open case for this now. Thank you for your response.

While the issue has now been reported, it has not yet been resolved. I am waiting to hear back from Microsoft with a solution. I was told it was only a matter of hours but here is a day gone now.

On the other end, I received a message from Microsoft on my phone. So, the phone number is definitely in the system. I will leave it for another day and then enquire again if nothing has happened by then.

Yes, it is now resolved. It turns out that it's a known issue. I had to complete the entire account creation process on my phone because I needed a completely different network. In the end, we got there, but not without some hiccups.

I had to go through three(3) different customer assistants to find the right kind of support. Initially, my case was left unanswered, and then subsequently closed without resolution, as if I wouldn’t follow up.

It cost me time that I wish I could claim back, but considering the opportunity I was given to get up to $150,000 in Azure credit, it’s a small price to pay. At least in the end, this startup founder is happy. Thank you for tracing this 😇
