How can i fix Progressive Web App (PWA) app black line under the ribbons? I have also seen a black line in PWA app produced by any other browser

How can i fix Progressive Web App (PWA) app black line under the ribbons? I have also seen a black line in PWA app produced by any other browser. but It persist after turning my browser's hardware acceleration off.
